Splash has now merged its activities with Community First and will fall under its youth arm, Youth Action Wiltshire. Bringing Splash and Community First’s Youth Action Wiltshire services together will strengthen the support these charities are able to offer to young people in our county.
Splash promotes inclusion and development through a programme of activities for young people in the school holidays, for the well being of the whole community.
A lovely quote from England Rugby full back Mike Brown:
"Splash is a brilliant organisation working with young people in Wiltshire
who are facing challenges in their lives. I think it’s fantastic that Splash is
again running a rugby project at my old club Salisbury RFC this Summer. Splash
works to build young people’s self-confidence, social and team work skills as
well as helping them to make positive choices about their lives – such similar
values to those we aspire to in rugby."

We support young people between the ages of 9 - 16 years.
We organise holiday activities which aim to attract young people into positive and inspiring leisure activities and divert from negative and anti-social behaviour.
We prioritise those who are experiencing challenges in life. We aim to raise self esteem and confidence and empower young people to make independent, positive and safe choices about their leisure time.
We believe in a partnership approach to working, looking to add value and work with other organisations to improve the quality of life and outcomes for young people.
Splash run positive activities during school holidays for young people aged 9-16 years. We prioritise those with the greatest needs and aim to provide a range of activities throughout the county. Splash projects are free of charge, are a mixture of one to three day activities and generally fall into the categories:
Splash activities are open to all young people but we prioritise those young people who would benefit most from attending.
