We have a unique opportunity for a talented enthusiastic graduate looking to develop work based skills in Business Administration to join our Community Transport department.
You will gain knowledge of how our community transport department operates alongside learning about the wider charities operations, and be involved in the day to day running of the programme. You will also provide administrative support to a number of areas across the organisation.
We are looking for a recent graduate who has a genuine passion for working in the voluntary and community sector. You should be capable in delivering excellent customer service as well as possessing outstanding organisational, communication and administrative skills. You will begin your career in a well-respected award winning charity, with the potential of permanent employment for the right candidate in early Spring 2018.

We are looking for an individual who is extremely organised and can support the Building Bridges Programme Manager to effectively deliver the £3.88M Building Bridges programme, jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund.
The role will be to provide administrative assistance and general support to the Building Bridges Programme Manager, including administration of the financial claims process across all programme delivery partners.
It will require someone with an eye for detail and process who can provide reliable support to the Building Bridges Programme Manager and lead team to ensure effective and compliant delivery of the programme.
The role will be fully funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund.

These flexible roles working with a range of young people across Wiltshire are key to our successful delivery of positive activities programmes.
The Sessional Youth Support Workers role includes engaging, motivating and supporting young people to succeed. The roles are crucial in providing positive, fun experiences which are designed to increase self-esteem, confidence and skills. You must be over 18, be able to travel to activity locations countywide and have the ability to connect with young people.
We are specifically looking for Sessional Youth Support Workers to support our;
- Splash positive activities programme, which is for young people aged 9-16 years who are facing challenges in their lives. Varied activity sessions run in all school holiday periods.
- Youth Clubs Support programme which works with local groups to facilitate diverse activities for local young people term time in the evenings.
- Wiltshire Young Carers Service respite sessions which provide positive activities for young carers aged 6-18 years at weekends and during school holidays.
You will work alongside fellow staff members, volunteers and activity providers and will be responsible for managing groups of young people.

This role is subject to two references, an enhanced DBS check and completion of relevant induction training including Safeguarding and First Aid.
Community First Community Transport service provides a range of minibus transport services including home to school transport, social services transport, with-driver group and private minibus hire.
Casual drivers are required for driving (and potentially maintenance jobs also) as and when required.
There may also be an opportunity for the drivers to carry out light maintenance of Community First’s small fleet of minibuses and people-carriers on a paid (sessional) basis.
£8 gross per hour

Essential: Full clean driving licence required (with D1 entitlement)
Passenger driving experience preferred although not essential as full training given.
