With the Fit Together project you could take on a sporting or exercise challenge in your local area. Project staff link with rural areas to offer opportunities both in sports and coaching in Wiltshire. The project is funded by Sport England and other local funders. Activities that have already taken place include: New age kurling; walking groups; T’ai Chi; cycling; bike maintenance courses; chair based exercise; running; training in youth leader awards, first aid; walk leadership;
The funds allow project staff to support exercise and activities in isolated and unconventional venues across Wiltshire.
The project links with many partners for example:
WASP – the County Sports Partnership -
WASP offer local club support, links to National Governing Bodies, training, assistance to get club accreditation, coaching qualifications and much more.
If you feel you would like to take on a coaching course or increase your knowledge and skills to support your local sports club, then check out the courses on offer.

Cycle Projects –
Wootton Bassett saw the start of this years maintenance programme. Other courses are all ready being planned for Warminster and Pewsey for July and August. Keep looking on the V-Involved website: http://www.vinvolvedwiltshire.com/
