Royal Wootton Bassett & Cricklade Area Board is encouraging the production of community led plans and providing grant funding to those Parish and Town Councils that are initiating a town or parish plan.

Community First will be providing the usual service of direct support and guidance about good practice in community led planning to any parish or town that starts a plan.

In addition Community First is providing co-ordination support across the community area to enable the trialling of some new ways of supporting community led planning and develop some innovations that other communities can also benefit from.
