Community First is involved in a number of partnerships within Wiltshire & Swindon, building relationships with a wide range of organisations and statutory bodies.

Empower Swindon is made up of organisations which provide support to Voluntary and Community Groups  Its aim is to be responsive to the changing needs of frontline Third Sector organisations by co-ordinating delivery of accessible and inclusive support services.

The Wiltshire Compact is an agreement between local public sector bodies and organisations of the voluntary and community sector to support and improve partnership working between the sectors. It is also a model for relations between organisations in the same sector.

The Wiltshire Compact is therefore a series of commitments for members of each sector. It also contains a series of specific undertakings, and all taken together make a positive impact on both day-to-day partnership working in the county and support the delivery of "People, Places and Promises -The Wiltshire Community Plan 2011-2026".

The Wiltshire Infrastructure Consortium (WIC) is a County Wide body whose membership is made up of a range of organisations supporting both generic and specialist infrastructure for the Voluntary and Community sector.  The Consortium comes together to provide strategic direction and support for the whole sector.
