Fane Hall, Corton, near Warminster. A £51,000 project to provide
an extension, received £14,700 from Viridor Credits.

A new Scout Hall at Westbury costing £95,000, was
awarded a grant of £7000 by Lafarge Cement (UK) Ltd and £22,700
by Viridor Credits. Communtiy First would be happy to recieve further
enquiries from Scout or Guide Halls.

An extension to Godshill Village Hall in the New Forest
recieved £17,000 from landfill tax credits towards a build costing
£55,000.

This village hall at Marston Meysey cost £78,000 to
purchase and was supported by a grant of £17,000 from landfill tax
credits.

Play Areas
Stokes Croft Play Area, Calne. A £31,000 project, including
access for children in wheelchairs, which received £7,000 from Viridor
Credits.

Museums
Atwell – Wilson Motor Museum extension, Quemerford. A £65,000
project which received £5,000 from Viridor Credits.

Conservation and bio-diversity projects on public or private land
Shaftesbury Lake, Swindon. A picturesque lake was renovated and re-stocked
with fish. The £80,000 project received £30,000 from Hills
Recycling.

This village green at Lyneham was purchased with a grant
of almost £7,000.

Permanent or mobile skateboard parks or cycle tracks
A new skateboard park was built in Melksham at a cost of £60,000.
Some £16,000 was allocated by Viridor Credits.

The path runs through Kington Langley which is a very long village. Importantly this particular
path was determined not to be a statutory duty. It cost £80,000
and received £8,000 from Viridor Credits

Sites and buildings of historical and/or architectural interest
This is one of six listed well houses in Wiltshire. It is situated
at the bottom of Derry Hill, near Chippenham. It was previously un-adopted,
but after the restoration it was adopted by the Parish Council. The project
cost £10,500 and received £4,500 from Viridor Credits
