Karen is working in her community to set up a regular gathering for people that are isolated. This gathering provides activities, cake, a hot meal and even in some cases; transport.
You may remember back in July I spoke about a group of people that were volunteering to support people affected by cancer that were losing their building and organisation.
We’d like to invite you to join the Big Community Cancer Conversation to explore and talk about the gaps in support in the county – what is working, what needs improving and how we can bring people and organisations together to find community-based solutions.
