Business Support Assistant
£16,217 - £18,430 pro rata per annum (pay award pending)
Devizes based. 20 to 25 hours per week
This is an exciting post for a well organised, confident and motivated individual to provide administrative support to our Principal Consultant and Rural Enterprise Adviser.
You will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Access and Excel and have good written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that you have a good telephone manner and that you are confident in dealing with a wide variety of people.

Community Development Opportunity
(Village Halls and Fit Together)
Six month Short Term Contract or Secondment
£18,907 - £23,749 per annum (pay award pending) – Salary is negotiable for an outstanding candidate.
Devizes based. 36.5 hours per week
A rewarding opportunity involving a diverse range of responsibilities for a well organised and motivated individual to join our Community Development Team for a six month period to cover long term sickness and organisational re-structuring.
The post holder will use community development skills to promote and support the work of village hall committees throughout Wiltshire and Swindon so as to enable them to function effectively and achieve their objectives.
The post holder will also manage and deliver the opportunities for increased active participation in sport and physical activity for key identified target groups in Wiltshire and Swindon, this will include the development and co-ordination of community based sporting, physical activity and healthier living initiatives that respond to local need, many of which will be connected to village halls.
We are looking for somebody with good community development skills who wish to gain experience in a leading role organisation. You may already be working in the charitable sector, or in the public sector and looking to broaden your understanding of community work.
