Community First is pleased to share that we are now a Disability Confident Employer.

This reflects our ongoing commitment to being inclusive, accessible and supportive in how we recruit and how we work. As part of the Disability Confident scheme, we are taking active steps to ensure our processes are fair, that barriers are removed wherever possible and that everyone has the opportunity to achieve and thrive in our organisation.

This is an important milestone and we look forward to continuing to strengthen how we support current and future colleagues living with disabilities. We are also aiming to work towards Disability Confident Leader status.
