Understanding Blood Pressure: Why It Matters and How You Can Learn More
Blood pressure is a vital indicator of health, yet high blood pressure often presents no symptoms.
Left unmanaged, high blood pressure can have serious consequences. Whether you are concerned about your own health, your family and friends or want to raise awareness in your community, understanding blood pressure is an important step.
To support greater awareness and education, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSW ICB) is offering two free, informal online sessions designed to help individuals and organisations learn more about blood pressure, the risks and how to take action.
Upcoming Sessions:
- Monday 11th November | 12:30–1:30pm
- Monday 9th December | 12:30–1:30pm
These sessions are open to all, including:
- Community groups and leaders
- Voluntary and third sector organisations
- Health and social care services (e.g. care homes)
